What should I expect?
Expect a delicious catered meal, first-hand stories from students and ministry staff about changed lives, a brief presentation from our Director, Gary, about the work of BSM, and an optional tour / prayer walk around the UT Arlington campus.
Is childcare available?
Yes, limited childcare is available for children ages 2-10. BSM will provide college student volunteers, supervised by our staff, as well as games, pizza, and other "kid friendly" food at the Tri-C building immediately behind the BSM. Ideally, only “lap kids” will attend the Celebration Lunch due to limited seating but exceptions are absolutely permissible.
Where should I park?
All UTA parking lots will be open and available including the faculty lots on the North and East side of the BSM building and the College Park garages two blocks east. Parents weekend is occurring simultaneously so there will be a festive atmosphere and ample free parking.
Is this a fundraising event?
No. The purpose is simply to say thank you to those whose gifts and prayers have made this year’s ministry possible.
